All our products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

🔹 Returns Accepted — No Refunds

We do accept returns in the form of file exchanges or replacements if there is a problem with the download.
However, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

🔹 Exchange Conditions

You may request an exchange within 3 days of your purchase if:

You received the wrong file
A format is missing
The file is corrupted or doesn’t work
