Due to the irreversible nature of digital downloads, FiveStarzs Specialty Embroidery does not offer refunds once a design file has been downloaded or accessed. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer exchanges in the following cases:

You may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase for:

File corruption or technical issues (e.g., incomplete/unreadable files).
Incorrect format (if the design is incompatible with your machine despite our listed specifications).
Duplicate purchases (accidental order of the same design).
