1. What file formats do you offer?
We provide designs in all major machine formats including DST, EXP, PES, JEF, VP3, HUS, and more.

2. How do I download my purchased designs?
After payment, you'll receive an automatic email with download links. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 10 minutes.

3. Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we don't offer refunds but will replace any files with technical issues.

4. Are these designs for commercial use?
Yes! All designs can be used for both personal and commercial projects.

5. Why won't my file open?
First check that:

• You've downloaded the correct format for your machine

• Your software is up-to-date

• The file isn't corrupted (try re-downloading)

6. How long are download links active?
Links expire after 7 days, so please download and backup your files promptly.

7. Do you offer custom digitizing?

8. Can I share these files with friends?
No. Each purchase is for single-user only. Sharing digital files is prohibited.
