1. What do you sell?
We offer high-quality digital embroidery designs and packs in all major machine formats. No physical items are shipped.
2. Which formats are included with each design?
Our designs come in the most common formats, including:
PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, VIP, EMB, SEW, and more.
If your format isn't listed, feel free to contact us.
3. Are your embroidery files compatible with my machine?
Yes! As long as your embroidery machine supports one of the included formats, you can use our designs.
4. How will I receive my designs?
After purchase, your embroidery files will be available for instant download directly from the website and via email.
5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds on digital products. However, if you encounter a problem or need another format, we offer free exchanges within 3 days of purchase.
6. Can I sell finished items made with your designs?
Yes! You’re welcome to use our designs to create and sell physical embroidered items. Reselling or sharing the design files themselves is not allowed.
7. What if I have an issue with a file?
